This is exactly the vision I had when I designed this dress and that is the feeling I want you to have when wearing Sissy, on this special day of your life.
The flowiness of the dress was very important for me to create, that's why I added four additional layers of chiffon at the back, which make the dress come alive with movement. The other highlight of the dress is the lace applique covered bodice with the daringly open back and the spagetti straps, which also have lace appliques on them.

In order to accomplish that, We design and sew all dresses from scratch with a huge care to the detail and exclusively based on each bride's measurements to achieve the best result!
Our standard timeframe for the process of making and delivering a Handmade Wedding Dress is 20+ weeks, but you have the option to prioritize your order if you need it faster, by choosing one of our Rush Order options.
Timeframes include: Making of your dress + Shipping + Delivery.

Processing Time: The time required for us to process your order and make your Handmade Wedding Clothing.
Shipping Time: The time required for us to handle your Handmade Wedding Clothing to the Postal Services.
Delivery Time: The time required for Postal Services to handle your package and have it delivered to you.

Due to the Custom Handmade nature of our clothing, there are different processing times for each of our Product Categories.
All Wedding Dress orders must be placed at least 3 months prior to your Wedding Day. This gives us enough time to create the Design Pattern for your sizing, which is required so we can Make & Perfect your Dress according to your Exact Measurements.
Processing Time for Wedding Dresses: 3 months
All Wedding Garter orders are being processed within 3 business days.
Processing Time for Wedding Dresses: 3 days
All orders are being shipped within 1 business day after the Processing Time.
Orders are being shipped from Thessaloniki, Greece.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If in any case there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We offer 2 shipping methods:
1. Standard Registered through Hellenic Postal Services (EL.TA.)
2. Express Delivery through Express Mailing Service (E.M.S.)
We've been shipping all our packages through EL.TA. and E.M.S. for more than 4 years and are highly satisfied by their services. If you would like Us to use another shipping method though, please Contact Us for more information.
For both shipping methods you will receive a unique Tracking Number which you can use to track the state of your Package.
Please note, that tracking numbers are being scanned on each step by employees of each service. Canada Post & Australia Post do not scan tracking numbers of inbound packages, therefore it's normally if you don't see any updates after your package has left Greece.
All packages are Registered, which means that the person in who's name the package has been shipped to, will have to show His/Her ID to collect it. We use this method to make sure that only the actual recipient receives the package.
In both shipping methods, responsible for handling and delivering your package once it has entered your country, is your National Postal Service. (see below)

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
In some cases, local post offices do not inform the recipients that a package has arrived for them. If you haven't received your package within the estimated delivery times mentioned above, please make sure you contact your local post office providing them with your tracking number and send us an email.
We cannot be held responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We can not be held responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but we will be more than happy to work with you towards a mutual satisfactory solution. We have never faced such a case so far since we package all items with huge care and postal services have never lost a package!
In the rare case that you have received your order damaged, please contact us immediately as well as your National Postal Service to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
